Matthew, we had no clue what to do and you guided us all the way with grace and dignity in providing us with a fitting tribute to a life well lived. I know our mom Helen is looking down from heaven watching over us - she would be enormously proud of you. You made this process so much easier for us - for that we are grateful. The staff’s attentiveness to our needs, and care in all the details of our mom’s final goodbye will not be forgotten. Thank you for taking care of so many details that, emotionally, we could not have. We appreciate you. We appreciate the extra attention to our wife & mom Helen last wishes and the personalization of her service. Knowing she was in your caring hands gave us great comfort during the most difficult days of our lives. I want to thank all of you for all your hard work! Robert, the video and music were wonderful, and we thank you so much for your attention to detail. Carlos, the clear directions you gave to the family at the funeral home, church, and graveside ensured everything ran professionally and smoothly, we are so grateful for that. To the staff, everything was well orchestrated, and we wanted for nothing. We cannot thank all of you enough for easing our minds and putting our loved one Helen Harper Allen to rest. Family and friends who were local and those who travelled miles to pay respect, were impressed at the way the entire funeral was handled/directed.
